Job Description
Completed 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
experience with RAK municipality cases & authorities follow up
Expert in CAD
Expert in drafting and planning design.
Knowledgeable in general engineering disciplines such as structural and electromechanical systems.
Strong leadership personality.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of project experience and design proficiency.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead design discussions and presentations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
