Job Description

Design Architect (Mid-Level)
Role Overview
We're looking for a talented mid-weight architect to support the Design Manager during
the concept and schematic design phases. The ideal candidate will have strong 3D
design skills and be capable of translating conceptual models into detailed, accurate Revit
models. This role requires proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Revit, with a good design
sensibility and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
-Support design and schematic phases through 3D modeling, visualization, and Revit model
conversion.
-Translate SketchUp / Rhino / 3ds Max or conceptual 3D forms into clean, buildable Revit models.
-Collaborate with senior architects and the design manager to develop and refine design options.
-Prepare drawings and diagrams for internal presentations and client meetings.
-Coordinate 2D documentation using AutoCAD when required.
-Assist with design research, precedent studies, and presentation boards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in architectural design roles.
Technical proficiency: Proficient in Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
-Strong understanding of architectural design principles and workflows.
-Ability to interpret 3D design intent and build intelligent BIM-ready models.
-Good communication and collaboration skills.
