Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, with over 5 years of experience in consultancy, proficiency in Revit, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptual Design:

Develop and refine innovative architectural concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements.

Design Development:

Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit and other design tools.

Collaboration:

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and consultants, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.

Client Interaction:

Present design concepts and progress to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Project Coordination:

Assist in coordinating design activities across various project phases, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and design development work.

Software Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit; proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

Consultancy Experience:

Experience working in a consultancy environment, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority submission processes.

Desirable Attributes

Experience in delivering projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, Estidama). Experience in managing large-scale projects and coordinating with international teams.
