We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in architectural principles and possess a strong proficiency in Rhino and Revit software. Responsibilities:

Design Support: Assist senior architects and project teams in developing architectural design concepts and solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.

3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize Rhino software to create accurate 3D models and visualizations that aid in the communication and presentation of design ideas.

Revit Documentation: Contribute to the development of architectural drawings and documentation using Revit software, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.

Technical Proficiency: Apply knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations to support the development of feasible and compliant design solutions.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to integrate design solutions and ensure successful project implementation.

Project Support: Support senior architects in project management tasks, including assisting in the development of project timelines, coordinating design tasks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design, with exposure to a variety of project types.

Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge and proficiency in Rhino and Revit software is essential. Familiarity with other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of architectural design concepts and solutions that align with project goals and client preferences.

Technical Competence: Familiarity with architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and assist in client interactions.

Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and assist in coordinating design efforts across various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist in identifying and addressing design challenges.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design skills, technical expertise, and experience in architectural design projects.
