Design And Drafting Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Design and Drafting Engineer to create and update technical drawings for our construction and fit-out projects. You will work with engineers and project managers to make sure designs are accurate, clear, and meet all requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
Revise drawings based on site changes or client feedback
Work with the site team to clarify design details
Make sure drawings meet the authority and project standards
Help with material take-offs and quantity estimates when needed
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field
Experience with AutoCAD (Revit or SketchUp is a plus)
Drafting/design experience
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of construction or fit-out projects
Understanding of UAE authority requirements (like Trakhees, DM) is an advantage
