and Qualifications
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assist Performance Testing Project Manager for the aspect falling within his area of responsibilities;
  • Reviews contractual documentation;
  • Verifies that performance testing requirements are accounted from the engineering documents;
  • Takes part in project planning & scheduling; Prepares and keeps up-to-date the performance test execution plan (including the mobilization of personnel);
  • Supervises the preparation of the Performance Testing procedures
  • Reviews the performance test procedure, for the aspects falling within his area of competences;
  • Reviews and\or defines the Licensor\Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning the test run activities;
  • Assist purchasing & subcontracting service department for the definition of subcontractor scope of work;
  • Identifies the project requirements & constraints, identify Risks and Opportunities related to performance testing activities;
  • Supervises / define the preparation of the integrated Performance Testing schedule; for these activities defines the specific temporary logistic required to comply with the project scope of work; elaborated tools and method of control;
  • Takes part in the project review meetings to make sure that the performance Testing requirements have been duly complied with;
  • Supports the EH&S Team for the aspects falling within his area of responsibilities;
  • Ensures the application of the EH&S aspects falling within his sphere of responsibility;
  • Ensures the preparation and checking of the Purchase Requisitions and Technical evaluation falling within his sphere of responsibility;
  • Ensures the issue of work progress reports for the part he is responsible for;
  • Vendor and third party management, from Technical evaluations till coordination at site
  • Ensures, at site the management of performance testing activities, coordinating the activities carried out by Internal resources, Sub-Contractors and third parties.
  • Organizes and performs the Performance Testing of the FACILITIES;
  • Ensures the respect of the budget
  • Vendor and third party management, from technical evaluations till coordination at site

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Specialization:
  • Engineering, Mechanical or Instrumentation and control

Level of Education
  • Master Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Foreign Language
  • English

Technical knowledge
  • Experience in project phases: Engineering, construction, pre-commissioning / commissioning
  • Instrumentation: calibration, functional testing, troubleshooting
  • Valves: calibration, functional testing, troubleshooting
  • Control Systems: ESD, DCS, Fire & Gas, PLC, MMS, Controllers tuning, troubleshooting, functional testing
  • Analyzers, general knowledge

IT skills
  • MS office

Work Experience
  • 15+ year of experience in oil and gas industry
  • Previous Site experience is a must, previous experience in ARAMCO projects is a plus
