We are a British curriculum nursery located in Mankhool, Bur Dubai. We are currently recruiting for an Deputy Nursery Manager to join our wonderful team, whose duties will be as follows: Builds strong parent/carer relationships through day to day liaison with parents. Be the first point of contact for parents at the nursery. Resolving any issues or complaints as they arise. Monitor occupancy levels to ensure that they are maximised and proactively market the nursery. Manage the nursery\'s social media. Conduct tours and counselling sessions for prospective parents and answer their questions to help them reach a decision. Collect and maintain accurate data and personal records relating to staff, children and families at the nursery. Deliver childcare in a way that meets parents\xe2\x80\x99 needs and work in partnership with them providing high levels of customer care at all times. Assist the Director in all administrative task from time to time. Implement the nursery curriculum based on EYFS Continuously improvise the curriculum to ensure it follows best practices in early years education Training and development of all staff within the nursery Ensuring the academic plan is implemented well. To qualify for the position the candidate will have the following qualities: Previous experience in a British nursery environment. Be proactive and can take initiative. Have exceptional organizational skills and can independently follow up on enquiries to ensure expected student occupancy levels. Be a team player and able to have fun while working. Comfortable with Excel, Word, Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc. Cache level 5 or equivalent (not a limitation for the right candidate) Willing to learn.
