Job Description
The Role
Establish and manage ACL Trading LLC's transshipment operations in Dubai. o Set up core company infrastructure, including offices, IT systems, accounting software, bank accounts, and staffing. o Lead the consolidation and transfer of trade accounts and operational functions to the Dubai office. o Manage trading operations: payments, supplier documentation, and shipment logistics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (minimum). o At least 5 years of experience in shipping, trade, or banking--with exposure to all three sectors. Skills and Competencies: o Proven leadership and communication abilities. o Proficiency in accounting packages and MS Office, especially Excel. o Strong coordination and multitasking skills under multiple lines of authority. Personality Traits: o High integrity, strong work ethic, and personal stamina. o Ambitious, persuasive, self-driven, and an active listener.
