DM operations:

-Day to day factory tasks to enable smooth manufacturing process

-Material Store management

-Production material management to ensure on time production.

-Ensures smooth flow of information and Material from one department to another.

-Wastage control of production and non production materials

-Ensure timely issuance of POs to supply chain and make sure necessary stocks are taken into account.

-Check manpower costing of production floor and try to keep costs under control.

-Make sure that all factories are compliance as per buyers requirements.

-Stay involved in hiring people to ensure that only right personnel is employed to the company.

-Develop smart check lists to keep an eye on all departments in an efficient manner.

-Should be able to multi-task and have strong decision making skills.

-Daily email communication within factory departments, vendors, head office, customers etc

-Maintain company integrity

-Finding balancing solutions to satisfy all stakeholders i.e employees, factory owners, customers, suppliers

-Stay involved in the product to understand customer requirements.

-Arrange daily meeting between production departments.

-Keep record for all subscriptions and certifications and make renewal on time.

-Maintain floors as per brand compliance and be prepared for surprise visits by brand reps

-Relationship with local customer office

-Work on factory budgets with senior management and highlight necessary changes timely.

-Work with HR to lock worker strengths and budgets..

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
