Main tasks and responsibilities. Managing a Superstar Team as well as Managing the Creative and Media agency Relationship. Here are the details:
Brand & Creative:
Be the main point of contact for all brand-related communication with global marketing teams.
Ensure brand guidelines are cascaded to all internal departments, NSCs and agencies
Understanding of all global campaigns and provide feedback to incorporate regional relevance.
Development of Regional Launch Strategy and Campaign for new car launches
Liase cross functionaly on the development of media strategy and go to market
Liase cross functionally with retail team for alignment of required assets
Media Performance
Clear understanding of all Digital Media Channels: SEM, Programmatic-buy, Digital, Social, Video
Development of clear performance media strategy inline with BP per name plate
Development of clear KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in line with purchase funnel expectation to support retail sales target
Work closely with NSC\xe2\x80\x99s to ensure lower funnel ROI in line with Performance strategy
Manage and drive CDP to ensure proper delivery of ROI as well as drive media efficiencies and improve overall performance
Needs to have a strong understanding of ad technologies and be able to drive innovation in ad-tech and performance media.
Retail Marketing:
Drive and align strategy and calendar of activities with all local NSCs to maximise brand and business performance on both ATL and Tactical fronts.
Clear understanding of all NSC marketing campaigns, all retail offers and KPIs.
Regular tracking of NSC campaign performance towards leads, footfall and sales.
Ensure integrated approach to INFINITI Middle East/NSC communications and streamlining NSC marketing plans ensuring an alignment with OEM.
Assist in optimizing NSC campaigns to deliver higher quality leads.
Conduct weekly calls with all markets to track performance and understand market-specific performance on leads, footfall and sales.
Provide action plans to course-correct when needed.
Conduct market visits and competitor showroom visits to have a comprehensive understanding of NSC campaigns vs. competitors.
Work with NSCs on Adhoc Projects to promote sustained profitability at NSC; e.g. Run-Out / Recovery plans, local activations.
Ensure cross functional governance and synergies with Sales, Product, After Sales, DND and other departments.
Social Media
Development of Social Media strategy in line with the over arching brand strategy and carline strategy
Drive agile social media content creation with an understanding of social media behavior, trends, moment marketing and regional relevance.
Liase with PR teams on PR activity and compliment with social media recommendations
Budget
Responsible for handling all creative production and media budget & reporting as well as quarterly reviews for budget issuing
Ensuring spends are in-line with BP targets and setting the objectives for the team
Other
Manage the creative agency relationship
Share monthly content calenders NSC\xe2\x80\x99s
Share monthly brand updates with NSC\xe2\x80\x99s
Ad-hoc reporting to management & global stakeholders
People.
Manage a skilled team of three and work closely on developing clear and quantifiable KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in line with the team members career development plan.
Work closely in supporting and mentoring the team member to ensure their success in their respective role
Work cross-funcitonally to represent marketing across other key departments.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED
Background & Experience (years)
Specific technical skills
Personal Skills
12 years experience in various marketing roles \xe2\x80\x93 agency experience is highly preferred.
Experience in the GCC is a must
Experience in Automotive is highly preferred
MS Office, mainly PPT & Excel (advance)
Strong understanding of social media and consumer behavior
Salesforce working knowledge
Data Analytics experience is highly desired

Minimum Education
University degree in Marketing / Communications is preferred
