Your Role as Department Manager:

A dynamic and engaging role, thanks to which you will spend most of the day on the sales floor with your team, our customers and the product

You will lead, train and grow a team of at least 15 people, promoting their professional development

You will be the point of reference for other junior managers

You will manage an entire department independently, analyzing KPIs and optimizing their performance

You'll handle large volume orders of goods, ensuring that each area is running at its best
