Plan, organize, direct & control Office Administrative operations providing several administrative services.
Support administratively and functionally in ad-hoc and regular organizational audits and other projects to improve people, processes, and systems within the company.
Support in the administrative tracking of audits, the audit follow-up schedule, and centrally storing audit reports.
Compose letter and memoranda for communication with principals and other officials & internal departments to be signed off by Chief, to keep proper control and follow-ups.
Translate office correspondence from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic.
Hold the responsibility for all Internal Audit staff timesheets and ensure they are all received and confirmed in a timely manner.
Organize events, business trips and schedule appointments.
Assist in the process of sourcing candidates for Group Internal Audit division by using databases, social media etc. when needed.
Design and implement filing system to ensure security and confidentiality of data.
Perform any tasks assigned by the Chief, as and when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Accounting or other audit related degree is preferred).
Analytical mindset and comfortable with numbers
Excellent Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience of using MS PowerPoint for creating presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being personable and able to communicate with people on a variety of levels in the company and working well in a team environment.
Strong sense of professional skepticism, critical thinking, dedication to continuous improvement of the organization.
The ability to grasp and perform tasks quickly/accurately.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement to hold company information in confidence.
Prior accounting, investigations, or audit experience is preferred.
Proficient in English.
