Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk reception duties, including scheduling and confirming appointments. Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits prior to appointments. Accurately prepare and submit dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations. Follow up on pending claims, rejections, and outstanding balances with insurance companies. Maintain detailed and organized patient and insurance records. Handle patient inquiries regarding insurance, billing, and coverage. Collaborate with dental and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery. Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a dental or medical setting in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE medical/dental insurance policies and claim processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office applications. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
