Responsibilities

Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals Develop protocols and procedures to deliver optimal patient care Assessing branch processes, workflows, and staffing to continuously improve the patient experience Managing internal and external communications Supervise daily operations of the branch Responsible for the development, implementation, and review of department training programs. Provides operational leadership to clinicians, and the direct supervision of clinical support staff such as mentoring, counseling, disciplining, and supporting team dynamics. Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, and medical staff Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with government and federal laws
Qualifications for Branch Manager

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Dentistry or Business MBA (Preferred) 5+ years experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting 2+ years' of management experience in a dental clinic (Mandatory). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families, and other care providers Knowledge of medical clinic office practices, including terminology
