Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads
Provide customer support and resolve inquiries
Achieve monthly sales/lead targets
Requirements:
Experience in call center, telesales, or customer service is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Confident, organized, and able to multitask
Good computer and CRM skills
Able to work under pressure and meet targets
