- Assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation and cooking activities.
- Responsible for specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain quality and presentation standards of dishes within assigned section.
- Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure effective workflow and coordination
