Responsibilities

Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.

Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.

Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of the dishes.

Follow recipes and maintain consistent cooking standards.

Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve smooth kitchen operation.

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Culinary diploma and previous kitchen experience in the same role at least for 1 year.

Basic cooking techniques in cold and hot sections and familiarity with various cuisines.

Ability to follow recipes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work different shift as required.
