Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) supports the Chef de Partie in running a specific section of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality.

Brief General

To supply the highest level of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in the back areas. To prepare, cook and serve any food delegated as your responsibility ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times. To adhere to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labeling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times and ensuring that all records of such are updated and kept. To assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and that all-relevant Hotel procedures are adhered to. Comply with Food safety and personal hygiene according to Fujairah Municipality food hygiene polices. Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Management.
Qualification

1 to 2 years work experience in same position in hotel industry Has knowledge in Hot & Cold Kitchen HACCP Certificate Willing to work in Fujairah Must be in UAE and can start immediately
