Your day to day We currently offer an exciting career opportunity for creative and passionate Demi Chef de Partie for all day dining restaurant.

Essentially in the role you will: . Prepare, cook and present dishes within culinary specialty - experience in Italian restaurant mandatory. . Support and mentor / train any Commis Chefs in the brigade . Help the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus. . Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.

What we need from you The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie (or other similar senior Commis chef role) with a formal commercial cookery certification. AT least 3 years experience restaurants mandatory to be considered. You will have experience in delivering a high level of food quality in a hotel or restaurant environment and preferably will have worked with food safety systems such as HACCP. You will be proactive towards change and improvement and participate in resort committees and have an awareness of reporting systems such as hazards and incidents. The ability to work a rotating roster including, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
