Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Sandersons Cafe standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards strictly
Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and service during busy periods
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations
Minimize food waste and properly store ingredients
Support junior kitchen staff when required
