What you will be doing:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7

\xc2\xb7 Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.

\xc2\xb7 Proper grooming at all times

\xc2\xb7 Attend training classes as per schedule

\xc2\xb7 Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

\xc2\xb7 Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities

\xc2\xb7 Prepare mise en place before the arrival of the customers, and also during the service time, she/he must check the quality of the food items.

\xc2\xb7 Attends the communication meetings of her/his Outlet, such as daily briefings.

\xc2\xb7 Checks with the other Outlet Chefs at the end of her/his shift that all equipment is properly working, clean, are in appropriate place and nothing is left around, which can be hazardous to others.

\xc2\xb7 At the end of the shift or the day, she/he has to communicate all necessary information to the Sous Chef to ensure a smooth running operation

\xc2\xb7 Assists the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in implementing standards set by Executive Chef on food quality, preparation and presentation in his/her section.

\xc2\xb7 Applies HACCP as per the Hotel Standard

\xc2\xb7 To be punctual on duty and ensure the same of your employees.

\xc2\xb7 Be well groomed to the standards laid down. Insist on the same standard for your employees.

\xc2\xb7 To comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook and to be aware of company disciplinary and grievance procedures.

\xc2\xb7 To create an environment which promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have pride in their department with a high level of commitment

\xc2\xb7 Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service

\xc2\xb7 Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way

\xc2\xb7 Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards

\xc2\xb7 Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
