To Be Successful In This Role You Will
Have an Engineering degree or equivalent
Have significant experience in Centrifugal compressor product management or application engineering
Have a good understanding of the oil and gas industry
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Be able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable and growing business solutions and to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
Demonstrate the ability to execute and communicate the Thermodyn strategy in a global environment, to achieve the company targets
Have pragmatic mindset to successfully work with the various stakeholders.
Demonstrate ability to deliver strong and solid strategic pitch while dealing with internal and external Customers
Be fluent in English. Fluency in any other language would be appreciated
