Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 5 demand planning professionals.
- Develop and implement demand planning processes.
- Analyze data to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Optimize inventory levels and implement control measures.
- Oversee ERP system usage for demand planning activities.
- Create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
- Proven 2 years of managerial experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Salary: AED 8,000/month
