MAIN MISSION: Organize production according to demand and quality standards. He will be the one to ensure the goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

Analyzes and participates, in relation with the Production Supervisor and the Customer Service, in the consolidation of the medium-term load of the plant and implements the rebalancing of the means

Planning out shipping and receiving projects using knowledge of project management and proficiency in project management software

Participates in the search for improvement regarding the use of security, quality, productivity

Analyzing distribution data and suggesting improvements based on key performance indicators

Preparing and presenting reports to senior management to help with decision-making

Overseeing supply chain employees to ensure they perform project tasks up to standard

Implementation and monitoring of KPI'S indicators

Manage progress actions in his area of expertise (adjustment of storage costs, reliability of planning,)

Inform the Logistics Coordinator of any incidents that may jeopardize the delivery flows for action with the Customer Service Department, and participate in the implementation of the corrective actions.Adheres and is compliant to the policies and procedures in regards to quality standards. Strives to continuously improve processes

Participates in the definition of the indicators, updates and analyzes the indicators for which he is responsible in terms of animation, and participates in action plans in collaboration with the Logistics coordinator and the production and customer service

Ensure compliance with customer requirements

To adhere and be compliant to the policies and procedures in regards to quality, security/safety and environmental standards and strive to continuously improve processes

To ensure compliance with Federal-Mogul Quality and EHS policies, procedures and practices

To respect the environment and act consciously of environmental responsibilities REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

Proficient in standard logistics software.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in logistics or supply chain management.
