Job Purpose:
The Demand Planner is responsible in providing support to Sales force in meeting their monthly targets through following up on orders (SSFL/import) and ensuring effective decisions for stock rotation across warehouses in an optimal inventory levels with cost effective tools.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive the Supply Chain / Demand Planning Discipline through monitoring the Demand Plan Accuracy across different regions, and the Monthly Dispatch
  • Following up with FG imported suppliers for order status & tracking
  • Coordination with clearance agency for smooth documentation flow and release of import shipments
  • Daily follow up with KSA planning team for SSFL order status and issuing the order tracking reports
  • Formulating daily priority with KSA warehouse team for orders dispatch.
  • Segregating the monthly SSFL UAE orders by DC location (DXB/AUH/UAQ/etc.) to facilitate direction shipment
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels is maintained in all DCS to fulfil daily sales by stock rotation either through SSFL truck or outside party
  • Promotion transfers to all DCs as per allocation advised by trade marketing.
  • Registering of new SKUs with municipality and follow up for lab test results when needed.
  • To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in FMCG business. Additional experience in a labour intensive organization will be preferable.

  • Should have ability to demonstrate Ownership & Commitment with positive & can do attitude
