?Charterhouse is working with a Multinational Manufacturer who is looking to hire a Demand Planner to join their team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving accurate forecasting and ensuring optimal inventory levels across all sales channels.
About the Role
The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts across ecommerce, wholesale and distribution channels using statistical models and sales inputs. Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams will be fundamental in order to align business objectives and ensure appropriate product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
There will be a key focus on analysing historical data, market trends, and promotional plans to shape sales and operational planning processes. Our client is looking to hire a commercially astute individual who is able to work independently and effectively alongside cross functional business partners. Additionally, this role will support annual budgeting, production planning and target setting by building and maintaining dashboards and reports which measure and produce validated demand data.
About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in demand planning within manufacturing, FMCG or automotive industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP Systems, alongside advanced level Excel/Power BI are essential for this role.
