Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models to predict future demand for
beauty and skin care products

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify patterns and improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to incorporate insights on new product launches, promotions, and market dynamics into demand forecasts
Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain teams to optimize stock and minimize excess inventory.
Prepare regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory metrics, and demand trends for management.
Participate in monthly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align demand forecasts with production and financial plans.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
Advanced Excel skill
s and experience with demand planning software.
Knowledge of the
