About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Program and engineering to gather and consolidate the demand. Prepare and maintain monthly schedule to support operations and satisfy the sales demand in SAP. Coordinate the customer projects with Supply Planning and Production to ensure the demand is fulfilled. Perform operations planning tasks, monitor, follow up with stake holders and provide production and material status communications to ensure on time production and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare and circulate the monthly demand derived project demand and to initiate downstream planning with supply planning.
• Creating production schedules based on demand projections in order to meet consumer demands.
• Manage, modify, and adapt the production plan due to engineering changes and material shortages.
• Works closely with Program, engineering, SCM and Manufacturing department to ensure the demand is fulfilled on time.
• Ensure the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is aligned and provided real time data for activity confirmations and material consumption.
• Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
• Development of the demand plan and it's validation from various sources and preparation of multiple levels of aggregation for a variety of time horizons as part of the demand planning function.
• Analyse and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization.
• Compile monthly KPI's through metrics and system data from various departments.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10-12 years in demand planning and scheduling with a strong SAP background.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive or Aerospace.
• Skills: Advanced planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in MRP and ERP systems.
• Communicaltion Skills: Fluent in English
• Preferred: 5+ years of industry-specific experience and regional related project planning and scheduling expertise.
