ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES NOTE -, Should be a Dubai university pass out in BBA/BCA/B.E Interns will get exposure though the Course in following areas throughout his/her Internship - (If they performance is good it can be a permanent position) 1. Taking Survey - They will Scout the markets and take part in conducting them which will help them understand how company develops insights into your prospects and customers (building personas),help in creating original research insights for your online content, Getting feedback on your website's user experience in order to improve the services, as well as help in capturing customer data 2. Microsoft University Access - they will get access to Microsoft University and can pursue to complete different certifications during their internship experiences. 3. Manager Existing Customer Relationship- They will be guided and taught how to approach existing GetMax DMCC is a DMCC registered Company. Managing database - They will learn how to handle and document in cloud based database; generate personalized communications in order to promote a product or service for marketing purposes. 5. CRM knowledge - : They will Use CRM for data analytics and learn that by reviewing feedback and report data via the software, company can evaluate mistakes and review the process for next time that will keep customers coming back for more. 6. ICT products - Will get inside knowledge of ICT (Information & Communication Technology) based products that we are partnered with such as Microsoft, Cloud solution, cyber security 7. Telecom infrastructure - They will learn all about Du telecom ( based in dubai) and its plans structures. 8. Pitching & Closing- Interns will get exposure to the practical experience of Pitching IT and Telecommunication ,Products and services to SME/corporate/Enterprises in international markets, Ways to approach and creating demand though same. 9.Sales and Marketing principles - Though out the 6 months internship process they will get to learn application of sales and marketing principles and solution selling methods in real time world. 10. Time management - They will learn how to prioritize , multitask and manage time efficiently in order to achieve optimal results Job Types: Full-time, Internship
