Demand and Supply Intern

, you'll play a key role in making sure our Fenty products reach the right place at the right time across the Middle East, Africa, and Travel Retail.




From tracking inventory and analyzing sales to supporting new product launches, you'll team up with internal teams and global partners to keep things running smoothly.

Job responsibilities

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Analyze sales and inventory on our brands per market. Ensure good inventory levels in stores, alert and take corrective actions if necessary. Liaise and follow-up with retail teams on out of stock products in stores. Be the best partner to our Middle East, Africa, and Travel Retail retailers to maximize sales.

NEWNESS PLANNING

Coordinate and track novelties availability with Global and EDC Conso Teams. Communicate the planning to different retailers to ensure inbounds order of new products on time and with right quantities. Update novelty tracker and inform internal departments to ensure launch process as scheduled.

SELL-IN

Help analyze sell-in forecast shared by different retailers and alert on risks and opportunities compared to budget. Analyze POs from Middle East, Africa, and Travel Retail retailers and coordinate with EDC to maximize fill rate and ensure timelines. Crosscheck allocation on newness and core with EDC Conso Team.

MISCELLANEOUS

Participate to the preparation of demand review meetings with different retailers Participate to the preparation of S&OP meetings Ad hoc analysis

Profile

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry, and who is good at organizing and managing time to meet deadlines.


should be comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt easily to change.
