Responsibilities:
- Execute daily delivery routes efficiently, ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- Load and unload goods safely and securely, adhering to proper handling and storage protocols.
- Verify delivery details with customers or retail partners, including order accuracy, quantities, and product quality.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital records using company-provided tools or apps.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items promptly to the operations team.
- Ensure the vehicle (motorcycle or delivery van) is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Uphold brand standards by wearing company uniform and presenting a professional appearance.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customer service regarding delays or route changes.
- Practice safe driving habits and comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar logistics/distribution role.

• Valid driving license and proven ability to operate a motorcycle or delivery vehicle safely.

• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery zones.

• Physical fitness to handle lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

• Proficient in using mobile delivery apps or digital tracking systems.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak delivery periods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal downtime.
