Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver items to customers in a timely and professional manner
Follow delivery instructions and routes efficiently
Ensure the accuracy of order details and handle packages with care
Communicate with the dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
Maintain a safe riding environment and adhere to traffic laws and company policies
Perform routine maintenance checks on your bike to ensure it's in good working condition
Assist with warehouse duties or other tasks as needed during downtime
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a reliable bike
Familiarity with GPS devices or smartphone navigation apps
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina and comfort with biking in various weather conditions
Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus
