Job Description

We are looking for reliable and experienced Delivery Riders to join our team. Candidates must have strong road knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow delivery schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver parcels, documents, and packages safely and on time. Follow assigned routes and schedules using maps and route optimization tools. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers for delivery coordination. Ensure proper handling and secure delivery of all items according to company standards. Use scanner/mobile app to verify recipient information, collect proof of delivery, and update records in the system. Maintain clear and accurate delivery logs and documentation. Meet and complete daily delivery and collection targets. Maintain the assigned motorbike/vehicle, ensuring it is clean and compliant with RTA standards.

Requirements:



Good knowledge of UAE road systems, locations, and traffic rules. Ability to read maps and follow GPS routes accurately. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience as a delivery rider (Talabat/Noon/Amazon or similar) is an advantage. Valid UAE motorcycle license. Physically fit and able to handle daily delivery tasks.
