Coretrax has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our Dubai - MENA team, as part of our CORE Product Line.

Position Summary:

The CORE Project Manager is responsible for working with the Hemisphere Presidents and Sales & Operations Director to understand the business objectives and engaging with all functions to ensure the successful operational delivery of the CORE product line in accordance with agreed timelines, budgets and customer expectations.

The CORE Project Manager will be proactive in decision making, problem solving and communication to ensure that opportunities are realised and risks are managed.

Position Responsibilities

The CORE Project Manager is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

Engaging with the Hemisphere Presidents, Sales & Operations Director and Chief Technology Officer to fully understand the business priorities and objectives for the CORE Product Line

Collate Core proposals through working closely with regional core team to present to Hemisphere Presidents for approval - including Scope, commercial proposal including profitability and contracting structure information.

Developing, maintaining, communicating and delivering a project plan for all CORE projects

Proactively and regularly communicating with all functional stakeholders to ensure that the project plan is delivered

Identifying, communicating, mitigating and escalating potential risks

Providing regular reports and data to the Leadership Team on project delivery progress and variations

Leading regular cross functional engagement to ensure all functions and locations are aligned on project plans, expectations and delivery methods

Liaising closely with Supply Chain to ensure on time delivery of required materials within budget and timescale. Identifying and escalating risk as required

Liaising closely with Engineering to ensure delivery of agreed expectations within expected timescale. Identifying and escalating risk as required

Early and proactive engagement with legal regarding local and global requirements as well as insurance risk. Identifying and escalating risk as required

Working with the Regional Operations teams and HR to proactively identify people resource requirements

Ensuring and following up with colleagues on the completion of required documentation to ensure business compliance

Champion continuous business improvement and development by facilitating lessons learned sessions and thereafter communicating the actions and ensuring implementation relative to the

CORE PL. Be a champion for effective change management across the PL

Proactive compliance with and communication of company and customer Health, Safety and Environmental legislation as applicable to the specific location including risk assessments.

Selection Criteria - Essential

Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in a fast paced, changing energy industry environment

Experience engaging across multiple locations, time zones and functions / disciplines

Experience in a delivery focussed role in an operations, engineering or supply chain capacity

Capable of managing and motivating all disciplines to deliver projects.

Excellent communication and motivational skills

Understands and can manage risk

Ability to work in a multi-cultural team

Experience in a role managing multiple stakeholders and varying deadlines

Proven ability to review information and provide solutions

Strong time management and prioritisation skills

Ability to establish, develop and nurture constructive relationships at all relevant levels of the global organisation

Computer literate, including Word, Excel and basic IT programs

Results and target orientated

Highly self-disciplined and motivation to succeed

Clear and concise communicator

Able to demonstrate experience working in Expandables product line.
