About this opportunity! We are now looking for a Managed Service (MS) Delivery Manager. In this role, you will secure delivery performance in alignment with the business case and managed service targets. Leading the delivering of IT Managed Services in a sophisticated Service performance framework to strict SLAs!
What you will do:
Process, SLA and Stakeholder Management:
  • Development as well as to ensure adherence to the processes for the MS delivery.
  • Develop, maintain and govern service descriptions.
  • Managing the Operational KPI & Secure the MS -delivery SLA compliance
  • Stay informed about major incidents and work closely with IT Service manager when needed.
  • Client Engagement and any communication towards end users and/or stakeholders
  • Communicate service performance/update/changes to all the stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Participate in commercial discussions (internal and external) as needed
  • Participate in governance meetings with Internal & Customer stakeholders
  • Support resource planning activities in relation to the capacity/availability required for each service
  • Execute decommission of any services if/when needed
  • Operational change/ improvement plans to be coordinated and communicated to respective stakeholders through proper channels

MS Cost Management
  • Budgeting and cost management
  • Follow up financial performance, track and manage deviations
  • Contribute to IT Roadmap work by providing estimates of operations cost.

MS Performance Management
  • Monitor delivery and make sure delivery are in line with agreements for all services delivered (internal - external)
  • Initiate corrective actions when targets are not met, including monitoring and escalation until issue/gap is solved
  • Continuously improve measurements with internal stakeholders and with suppliers
  • Continuously work on improving services from all aspects

MS Delivery Management
  • Works closely with Offshore MSDM / Delivery managers
  • Ensures the resources are aligned for all the competencies as per the defined WLA.
  • Coordinate with offshore management and prepare the team for managing special events
  • Setting the resource mix strategy. optimising the delivery models and crafting more efficient delivery teams through Quality Assurance
  • Resource management, resource planning & competence development
  • Follow up the quality of the deliveries and be updated on the related reports and input from Operational control for the service(s) in scope
  • Accommodate and coordinate the business requirements of the SLA/SLO of the service in cooperation with different stakeholders
  • Ensure the deployment of the control tools and follow up on the agreed KPI for the service.
  • Follow up with supplier(s) or internal operation on the agreed continual service improvement activities

Add on sale & short-term projects
  • Ensure MS delivery scope compliance
  • Secure that all services are priced
  • Initiate and support the account engagement for add on sale as needed.
  • Take active ownership in (Internal / External) implementation projects linked to MS Scope as needed
  • Ensure that projects deliver services in accordance with project acceptance criteria
  • Decide on acceptance criteria for new/change service (service readiness introduction)
  • Drive the Service deployment and transition of changed or new services into operation.
  • Ensure high quality service introduction on all changes to current services or of new service.

You will bring
  • Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
  • Experience on managing complex IT environments including OpenStack & OpenShift Infrastructure
  • Leading the delivering of IT Managed Services in a sophisticated Service performance framework to strict SLAs.
  • 5+ years of experience in Leading / Managing Telco IT Infrastructure operations will be an advantage
  • Developing and delivering IT/customer-facing services.
  • Good awareness of Information security and IT security principles.
  • Strong people Leadership and attitude with excellent communication skills
