Tawasel Express is seeking an experienced
Delivery Business Growth Manager
withminimum 3+ years of UAE local delivery company experience
.The role focuses on growing the delivery business, managing operations teams, and expanding the merchant base.
Responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, route optimization, and SLA compliance.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of
UAE last-mile delivery, COD operations, and merchant onboarding
.Proven experience in scaling operations, increasing volumes, and driving revenue growth is essential.
Location:
UAE (local experience only)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
