We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales & Business Growth Manager to drive expansion across the GCC market and build strong partnerships with architects, designers, developers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a tailored business growth strategy for the GCC region.
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: architects, design studios, real estate developers, and corporate decision-makers.
Identify and secure large-scale, high-value commercial opportunities.
Represent the brand at trade fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings across the GCC.
Collaborate with European production & design teams to deliver customized client solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs, sharing insights with leadership.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing.
Candidate Profile
10+ years experience in business development or sales in interior design, furniture, or related industries.
Strong network in the GCC region with architects, interior designers, and developers.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Office-based in Dubai, with frequent GCC travel and occasional trips to Europe for training.
