Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders to customers quickly and efficiently.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of items as per the company's standards.
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or delivery applications.
Collect payments (if required) and handle them with integrity.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bike.
Provide excellent customer service with a polite and professional attitude.
Adhere to traffic and safety regulations at all times.
Coordinate with dispatchers and follow delivery schedules.
Report any issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a delivery rider is an advantage.
Must be physically fit and able to ride a bicycle for extended periods.
Basic English communication skills.
Valid international driving permit/license.
Good knowledge of GPS and mobile navigation apps.
Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
Clean background and no criminal record.
