Enya Labs, a key contributor to the innovative Boba Network, is actively seeking a motivated and skilled DeFi Lead to join our dynamic team. As a DeFi Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the decentralized finance ecosystem on Boba Network. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing DeFi trends, developing and executing Boba\xe2\x80\x99s DeFi strategy, identifying and onboarding DeFi partners, and supporting their success on Boba.

What You\'ll Do:

• Develop and execute the strategy for fostering a vibrant DeFi ecosystem on Boba Network.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs for DeFi with the leadership team.
• Identify and onboard DeFi projects that are additive to the Boba Network DeFi ecosystem.
• Track and analyze DeFi trends and competitive dynamics, and regularly share learnings with the rest of the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams across business development, marketing, and engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for DeFi projects and support their on-going success.
• Lead negotiations with and secure partnerships with DeFi projects and liquidity providers.
• Speak and participate in events and forums to promote Boba Network among DeFi developers. Some travel may be required.
• Provide feedback from the community and insights from the industry to Product and Engineering teams.
• Foster and maintain relationships while providing essential support for internal projects.

About You:

• At least 3 years of experience in business development with a track record of success in onboarding projects and driving DeFi expansion.
• At least 2 years of hands-on DeFi experience and a deep understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity provisioning, airdrop farming, and bridging mechanisms.
• Strong market knowledge of, passion for, and direct experience in crypto, especially DeFi.
• Deep insights into the key contributors to a vibrant DeFi ecosystem Extensive network with established and emergent DeFi teams, as well as liquidity providers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical acumen.

Compensation:
