Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who supports and nurtures startups and projects focused on blockchain, decentralized technologies, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Someone with experience in creating and running accelerator programs, open for consulting or full-time.
- Lead the selection process for Web3 startups, evaluating their use of blockchain and decentralized technologies, alignment with Web3 principles, and potential for innovation within the ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and innovations within the Web3 industry, including blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and related technologies.
- Guide startups in developing effective tokenomics models and provide support in navigating fundraising within the decentralized finance space, including token sales and liquidity mining.
- Build and foster partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain platforms, decentralized protocols, and industry consortia.
- Bachelors / Masters in Marketing or other relevant courses
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience
- Has experience working with startup accelerators or fintech accelerator programs
- Good English verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with and present to non-technical/ business stakeholders.
