: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Deep Cleaning Staff to join our team. As a Deep Cleaning Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our restaurant. Your responsibilities may vary depending on the specific establishment and its cleaning policies, but will generally include: Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Deep Cleaning Kitchen Equipment: Thoroughly clean and degrease ovens, grills, fryers, behind & under equipment to ensure optimal condition. \xc2\xb7 Sanitizing Food Preparation Areas: Clean and disinfect countertops, cutting boards, sinks, and other surfaces where food is prepared to meet the highest sanitation standards. \xc2\xb7 Cleaning Floors and Walls: Perform sweeping, mopping, and disinfection of floors, walls, kitchen hood, and filters in both the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring they are spotless and safe. \xc2\xb7 Sanitizing Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other bathroom fixtures to maintain a clean and pleasant restroom environment for our customers. \xc2\xb7 Dusting and Wiping Surfaces: Remove dust and dirt from tables, chairs, shelves, and other surfaces in the dining area, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. \xc2\xb7 Cleaning and Disinfecting High-Touch Areas:Regularly wipe down door handles, light switches, railings, and other frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain cleanliness. \xc2\xb7 Emptying Trash and Recycling Bins: Ensure timely and efficient disposal of trash and recyclables by regularly emptying and replacing trash bags in designated disposal areas. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and sanitation procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently or as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills and a positive attitude. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work during non-operational hours as needed. \xc2\xb7 Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, and moving heavy equipment when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines.
