Female Janitorial/Cleaning Staff We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gym Janitorial/Cleaning Staff. As a vital member of our gym\'s operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our members. If you are dedicated, organized, and have a keen eye for cleanliness, we invite you to apply for this position. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in the gym facility, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, ensuring it is safe and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and reception areas.
- Empty and sanitize trash receptacles regularly.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, such as paper towels, hand soap, and sanitizers, in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Ensure that the gym floor is free of debris and spills, promptly addressing any safety hazards.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the gym, including windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other staff members to address specific cleaning needs or tasks.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within given timeframes.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment or supplies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
