Help existing clients, who will be assigned to you, competently and profitably use Business products, communicate in a communication channel convenient for the client.
Resolve emerging issues related to both products and external factors (government agencies, etc.).
Actively work to involve the client in the ecosystem and increase the level of loyalty.
Help the client develop their business using product and service solutions.
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience of at least 6 months in B2B direction in a bank: service / consulting / support + sales to legal entities
Proven experience with legal persons in the bank (experience in the bank only with individuals is irrelevant).
Proven experience in working with business banking products and their understanding
Interest in communicating with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Understanding the \xe2\x80\x9ccoordinate system\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x93 the conditions in which the business operates
Desire to help and solve customer problems.
