Key Responsibilities:
Perform
cream cake covering
with smooth and professional finishing.
Carry out
fondant cake covering
and basic fondant work.
Execute
basic cake decorating techniques
including borders, piping, and simple designs.
Work with
royal icing and cookie decoration
for basic designs.
Apply
basic composition and color theory
to enhance visual presentation.
Maintain
high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
.
Follow production timelines and ensure decorators' output meets quality standards.
Work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
while maintaining neatness and precision.
Support pastry team members as required during peak operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
cream cake covering

Experience in
fondant cake covering
.
Basic cake decorating skills
(piping, textures, borders, simple designs).
Basic knowledge of fondant handling

Basic knowledge of royal icing and cookie decoration

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Compensation for this position is (AED 4500 + Tips)
