Strong eye for color, design, and aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of tools and materials used for in-store decoration and installations.
Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines during promotional campaigns.
Ability to work independently or in coordination with marketing and merchandising teams
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and vendors.
Ability to adapt designs to suit local preferences and seasonal trends.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
