Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist UK clients seeking debt solutions Understand client situations and clearly explain suitable financial options Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accurate information throughout the process Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while adhering to company standards and procedures Follow communication protocols and ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in English Sales or customer service experience is an advantage. Must be

currently in the UAE

and available to

join immediately.
