We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Debt Management Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, negotiating with creditors, and providing effective debt management solutions. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of the financial landscape in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service a portfolio of client debt accounts. Communicate with clients to understand their financial situation and provide tailored advice. Negotiate with financial institutions and creditors on behalf of clients to achieve favorable repayment plans. Develop and implement effective debt management strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions. Stay updated on market trends and regulations in the UAE's financial sector. Achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience of at least 1 year. Experience in the debt management or financial sector in Dubai is highly preferred. Strong understanding of financial products, credit cards, and personal loans. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
