Debt Collection Officer

Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: - ? Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts. ? Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. ? Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments. ? Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. ? Handle questions or complaints. ? Traces and locates missing information that is needed to perform the job at optimum levels. ? Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts. Required Knowledge & Skills: - ? 1 year of experience as debt collector. ? Must have exceptional interpersonal and tracing skills. ? Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines. ? Knowledge of relevant legal laws about Collection. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Outlook). ? Good negotiation and persuasion skills. ? Team player. ? Good time-management skills. ? Required good critical thinking skills and exercise sound judgement. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
