One of our esteemed clients in Qatar's premium hospitality and dining sector is seeking

Demi Chefs de Partie (DCDP)

to join their culinary team for a short-term event. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading name recognized for its exceptional culinary excellence and high-end guest experience.

Start Date:

First Week of November

Contract Duration:

7 Continuous Days

Working Hours:

9 Hours per Day (Including Lunch Break)

Hourly Rate:

QAR 20 / Hour

Language Proficiency:

Levantine Arabic preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for events Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation during events

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality or catering industry Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen protocols Team player with excellent communication and time management skills Must be available for the full 7-day contract period
