Job Title: Datacom Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Summary:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead Datacom's business development in Abu Dhabi. This is a dedicated, on-ground role focused on expanding our footprint in structured cabling, data center, FTTH, and ELV infrastructure solutions. The role involves developing consultant networks, securing approvals, driving key accounts, and ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Drive growth in structured cabling, FTTH, data center & ELV by building strong industry relationships and converting pipeline to revenue.

Consultant Approvals

Secure product approvals and influence specs with consultants and authorities.

Sales & Account Management

Achieve sales targets, coordinate across teams, and deliver top-tier after-sales support.Territory Ownership Act as Datacom's lead in Abu Dhabi through site visits, client meetings, and presentations.

Reporting & Collaboration

Maintain CRM accuracy, submit timely reports, and align with HQ for strategic execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience

:5-8 years of B2B sales experience in structured cabling, ELV, networking, or ICT solutions.Strong relationships with consultants and contractors in Abu Dhabi preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong techno-commercial skills and strategic mindset. Proven sales track record with revenue achievements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, accountable, and highly organized. UAE driving license is a must.
